Managing field and project team successfully and collaboratively
Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with client.
Set up of job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
Participate in the review of all project documents for constructability and content, including shop drawings.
Maintain and update project records including RFI’s, submittals and as-builts.
Coordinate subcontractors.
Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
Perform daily job site walks and submit daily logs and safety reports.
Conduct pre-task meetings, safety meetings and project staff meetings.
Use project management and scheduling software effectively.

Qualifications
Candidate must have an understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades and sequence of work. Must be able to read plans and specifications.
2 years of experience as a job site foreman/ superintendent or equivalent role in the construction industry.
Pay range will be negotiated at time of job acceptance and is dependent on experience and skills.
